Over the past few years, my creative work has centered in my studios in Bend, Oregon - using art, photography, and creative writing workshops to empower and inspire women.
I have shown my art at Poethouse Arts, Lone Pine Coffee, The Wine Shoppe & Tasting Room, Barnes & Noble, The Workhouse, Bright Place Gallery, Bluebird Coffee Company, The Urban Beauty Bar and more in downtown Bend.
I have taught kids art classes at Camp Fire Central Oregon and PoetHouse Art, and adult classes at The Workhouse, the Oregon Art Educators Conference, World Muse/Camp Catalyst and the World Muse Conference.
In 2012, I launch The Wild She-Tribe Project, a collection of women's creative writing classes, photoshoots to empower women, two online magazines and collaborative blog. It was a two year project and you can learn more in the links above.
In 2013, I received a Muse Maker grant from World Muse and launched The Body Stories Project, a writing workshop, photography and exhibit of the female body as seen through self-love and advocacy which was part of the 2013 Spring Muse Conference: Take A Stand.
